The Wooded Knoll was thoughtfully designed to support a new chapter of life, proving that downsizing does not necessarily mean sacrificing comfort, quality, or space. When a longtime friend and industry mentor approached Warren Construction Group to help design and build a retirement home tailored to their evolving lifestyle, our team embraced the opportunity to create a residence that would provide beauty, efficiency, and ease of living for years to come.

Working closely with Architect Carol Morrissette, the home was carefully positioned on a wooded knoll to take advantage of the natural landscape while minimizing maintenance requirements. The design incorporates timeless architectural details, energy-efficient construction, and thoughtfully planned living spaces that support aging in place without compromising style or functionality.

The result is a beautifully crafted home that blends seamlessly with its surroundings, offering comfort, performance, and low-maintenance living.
