Community Involvement

Warren Construction Group believes that involvement in the communities we work and live in is vital to creating a sense of connection and a way to give back to those communities.

Our involvement is reflected in several ways.

Education:

We see the education of younger generation trade workers as critical to the success of the building industry in the future. There is a shortage of skilled individuals to meet the needs of Maine and the United States construction demands. Warren Construction Group believes that by presenting carpentry and other trades as viable and financially rewarding career paths, and supporting these individuals in their education, we can help to grow participation in the industry. We achieve this by:

  • Scholarship donations to regional trade schools
  • Education and outreach to regional schools and trade schools

Paid Volunteer Time Off:

Warren Construction Group encourages all our employee owners to volunteer for organizations or nonprofits they support through our volunteer time off program.

Building a COmmunity:

Warren Construction Group has assisted several nonprofits as they have begun expansion, renovation or new build projects by donating 100’s of hours in the pre-construction phase providing much needed advice and consultation.  We realize that sometimes the best way to help an organization or nonprofit is to help the Board and Committees make fully educated decisions before the start of a project.
