On the inside, antique beams were placed in the living room and kitchen to give the illusion of an old post and beam house. A sunken den, and a bunk room separate from the rest of the house, and inspires get-togethers for game night with friends and family.

The home’s exterior features classic white cedar shingles, natural stone masonry, and thoughtfully crafted architectural details that blend seamlessly with the coastal landscape. Inside, antique timber beams, oversized stone fireplaces, radiant floor heating, efficient heat pumps, and high-performance windows create inviting living spaces that balance character with comfort. Special gathering areas, including a sunken family room and separate bunk room, were designed to bring family and friends together for years of memories.

Overlooking the Maine coast, expansive patios, lawns, and second-floor balconies strengthen the connection between indoor and outdoor living.
