Built to last generations, this beautifully designed energy efficient home retains traditional details such as stone masonry and white cedar shingles on the siding as well as roof that lends it a cottage feel. On the inside, antique beams were placed in the living room and kitchen to give the illusion of an old post and beam house. Oversized stone fireplaces, efficient low E clad windows and doors, highly efficient heat pumps, and radiant floor heat keeps the home cozy. A sunken den, and a bunk room separate from the rest of the house, inspires get-togethers for game night with friends and family.
Overlooking the coast, this house encourages inside-to -outside living with large patio areas and lawns, perfect for family gatherings, and entertaining guests. The second-floor bedroom balconies enjoy the morning sun.
