"We were definitely the smallest dog in the hunt," says Peter of his bid to build Hebron's Athletic Center. At that time Warren Construction Group was only about five years old, but thanks to his life-long connection to the prep school community and his solid reputation as a builder, Warren Construction Group won out in the end. The Athletic Center is home to basketball, tennis, and squash courts; an indoor practice room for field sports; a fully equipped fitness center; an elevated track; a multi-purpose room for exercise and dance; a rock-climbing wall; locker rooms, and meeting rooms. Making the most of a tight budget, the 54,000-square-foot athletic facility was built for 15% less than comparable buildings.
