We were delighted to enhance Brewer South Freeport Marine with a series of thoughtfully designed improvements. Working within a challenging site, we constructed a new dock house featuring office space for the dock master and stewards. Built with traditional materials, including cedar shingles and a classic galvanized roof, the structure reflects a timeless coastal character. The nearby mechanical station was also retrofitted to match, creating a cohesive look across the site.

In addition, we built the Brewer Customer Lounge, offering visiting yachtsmen and women a comfortable place to refresh and unwind. The space includes shower, bathroom, and laundry facilities, along with a welcoming lounge area for relaxation.
