Warren Construction Group’s first significant project was a summer cottage on Sebago Lake. Our second project was a design-build 3,900-square- foot concrete building and broadcast tower on top of a mountain. Well over a decade since its completion, the structure’s functionality remains unchanged. After jumping over hurdles with the Department of Environmental Protection, collaborating with Sebago Technics in the design stages, and cutting a road up a mountain, the building got underway in 2001. We worked with a Canadian firm to create 80 pieces of pre-cast concrete, which were erected in less than two weeks. It was an unforgettable process and a project we are very proud of. The tower remains the tallest structure in Maine.
