Magnus On Water transformed a neglected downtown Biddeford building into a vibrant restaurant, cocktail bar, and outdoor gathering space that celebrates community, hospitality, and local culture. Working closely with the owners and design team, Warren Construction Group helped bring their vision to life while contributing to the continued revitalization of Biddeford’s historic downtown district.

The project combined thoughtful craftsmanship with distinctive design elements, including custom wood flooring and ceiling details, a live-edge bar top featuring a striking epoxy river centerpiece, and a carefully planned commercial kitchen tailored to the restaurant’s operational needs. Outside, a welcoming courtyard dining area was created using granite blocks, landscaping, and outdoor seating to extend the guest experience beyond the building’s walls.

The completed project delivers a unique dining destination that blends character, functionality, and atmosphere while showcasing Warren Construction Group’s expertise in hospitality construction, adaptive reuse, and commercial renovations.
