The 80 Exchange Street historic renovation and rehabilitation receives the 2019 Honor Award from Maine Preservation. Warren Construction Group worked on the Jose Block as part of a renovation to the interior, updating the offices to Class A office space on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. Along with this interior renovation a historic restoration was completed on the Exchange Street facing side, restoring previous upgrades back to its original mid-19th century look.
