For over 100 years the Osgood Building in downtown Lewiston has served as the headquarters for the law firm of Berman and Simmons. Warren Construction Group recently completed up upgrade to the interior of the building, adding a reception area and conference rooms. In the process, an historic upgrade was completed on the exterior of the building. This included an extensive replacement of damaged bricks and replacement of windows with a similar design to the original storefront windows. Read more about this project on MaineBiz.

In recognition of this work, Warren Construction Group received a 2018 Honor Award from Maine Preservation. We are very proud of the work we do to help preserve Maine's historic buildings. See a similar historic preservation project here – Harriet Beecher Stowe House.
