At the homeowner's request, the team found a way to keep the heart of their old family cottage intact while expanding and updating the home. The retired homeowners now enjoy three floors of views, including the stunning scene from their master suite balcony. Perched on a steep embankment, the cobblestone driveway snakes through gardens, adding interest to the exterior to match the unique custom details of the interior. Part of the pleasure in building this home was getting to know the homeowners, who came by to swim in the harbor while we finished up construction in the spring. They have become great friends, and work to maintain the home to the highest standard.
